This is to inform you that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited shall remain closed from Wednesday, 2nd day of August, 2017 to Wednesday, 9th day of August, 2017 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 8th day of August, 2017 to consider and approve inter alia Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
