| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shyam Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2006, has passed the following resolutions:
1. Transfer of Shares of Shyam Telelink Ltd (Company's Subsidiary) to Shyam Basic Infrastructure Projects Pvt Ltd worth Rs 2000 million comprising of 20 crores equity shares of Rs 10 each.
2. Distribution of 25,59,57,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each amongst the shareholders of the Company.
3. Allotment of new shares after Reduction of Share Capital and Consolidation thereof in terms of the Scheme. |
