1. Re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Nuwal as a Chairman cum Managing Director as approved by their Shareholders in their Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on April 30, 2016; and
2. Approval from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) had been received for transfer of registration of its Portfolio Management Business in favour of IndiaNivesh Investment Managers Private Limited (Group Company). It has initiated the process of transfer and this is in order to manage Management Business professionally & independently. |
