| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/05/2017 16:31:13 | | Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2017, inter alia, have recommended dividend of Re. 0.50 (i.e. 5%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid up of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The Company will inform in due course the date on which the Company will hold AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 and the date from which dividend paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders. |
