Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and in terms of “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading”, the trading window shall remain closed from October 31, 2015 to November 10, 2015, both days inclusive on account of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. |
