| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the members at the 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2006 and the Balance Sheet on that date along with Auditors Report thereon and the Report of the Board of Directors.
2. Appointment of M/s. R S Patel & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of 46th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
