With reference to the above subject, this is to inform that pursuant to the provisions of section 91 of the companies act 2013, and regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of india (Listing Obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Register of Members and share transfer books for the equity shares of the company will remain closed from 22nd September 2017 to 28th September 2017 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General meeting.
