Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value INR 10,00,000/- each bearing ISIN: INE148I07FK7 (hereinafter the 'Debentures') issued by the Company on August 9, 2016 and due for complete redemption on March 9, 2018 and listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) segment of National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, the Company has redeemed (bought back) 1,250 Debentures. The Company has duly intimated the Debenture Trustee in this behalf.
Consequent to aforesaid redemption, these 1,250 Debentures are no longer tradable at the Exchange, and are being extinguished for which the Company has initiated the corporate action. Upon such extinguishment, an aggregate of 250 Debentures shall remain outstanding and tradable at the Exchange under ISIN: INE148I07FK7.
