Parekh, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from December 20, 2011. The resignation has been accepted by the members of the Board on January 03, 2012.
Mr. Uday Khanna has also with effect from the said date viz. January 03, 2012 been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. Mr. Khanna is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has with effect from the said date also been appointed a Member of the Audit Committee designated as "Chairman". |
