Munot as an Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 1st April, 2017 in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Board has also re-designated Mr. Manish Mohnot as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. |
