| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2017 13:04:51 | City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
In this regard, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed from February 01, 2017 till February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive), in terms of Banks Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders. The trading window shall be re-open for trading in securities from February 13, 2017. |
