| Exchange Disseminated Time | Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 02, 2013, have decided to prepare Annual Financial Account of the Company for the Period of 9 (Nine) month instead of 12 (Twelve) month and accordingly Financial Year 2012-13 of the Company shall be from October 01, 2012 to June 30, 2013. Therefore, Company will publish its Audited Financial Results for 2012-13 for 9 (Nine) months period commencing October 01, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2013.
Further, the Board of Director has decided to adopt Audited Financial Results for the year ending June 30, 2013 instead of Unaudited Financial accounts for the quarter ending June 30, 2013 within 60 days of end of financial year. |
