| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/02/2016 15:16:14 | With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 01, 2016 about the temporary shut-down at the Company’s Bilaspur Unit located at 34-40, Sector B, Sirgitti Industrial Area, Bilaspur (Chattisgarh), Goa Carbon Ltd has now informed BSE that the operations at the aforesaid unit have since resumed from February 10, 2016.
Similarly, with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 25,2016 about the temporary shut-down at the Company’s Goa Unit located at St. Jose de Areal, Salcete-Goa, Goa Carbon Ltd has now informed BSE that the operations at the aforesaid unit have resumed from February 11, 2016.
There would not be any financial impact due to the temporary shutdown of the Company’s Bilaspur Unit and Goa Unit on account of sufficient inventory of finished material at the respective units. |
