| Exchange Received Time 28/12/2017 14:43:31 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/12/2017 14:43:38 Time Taken 00:00:07 | In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub-section (3) and sub-section (3-A) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/80 read with sub-clause (1) of clause (3) of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government, vide its Notification in F No.6/1/2015-BO.I dated 27th December 2017, has nominated SHRI SIVARAMAN ANANT NARAYAN as Part Time Non-official Director of our Bank for a period of three years, from the date of notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The above information, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, may be taken on record.
