1. consider, approve and take on record the UFR for the quarter ended June 30, 2017;2. fix up the date, time and venue for convening the 25th AGM of the Company;
3. note the closure of the register of members and share transfer books for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend, if declared at the said AGM.
Further, with reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Trading Window, for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by the Directors/KMP/designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, will remain closed from August 04, 2017 to August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
