| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/09/2016 16:44:23 | Balkrishna Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 and to consider declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2016-2017.
Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for the Insiders covered under the Company's "Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders" would commence from 6:00 p.m. on September 01, 2016 and end 48 hours after Unaudited financial results as above and declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, being made Public on September 10, 2016. |
