Balu Road, Prabhadevi Chowk, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400 025 have appointed M/s. GPS & Associates as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of 65th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Accordingly, M/s. S. P. Chopra & Co. shall cease to hold office as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting consequent to the expiry of their term. |
