| Exchange Disseminated Time | APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 and shall re-open on February 15, 2016 (i.e. 48 hours after the results are made public). |
