| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2011, inter alia, has take the following decisions:
1. The Board has recommended a Final Dividend @ Rs 2.50 (250%) per equity share subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. The Board has approved appointment of Shri Mahesh Prasad, as an Additional and Independent Director with effect from May 27, 2011. |
