| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/08/2015 19:04:32 | With reference to the earlier Announcement dated August 14, 2015, regarding Financial Results for June 30, 2015, Neuland Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that there has been an inadvertent error in the Note 1 to the Unaudited Financial Results, where instead of ‘unaudited financial results' it has been published as ‘audited financial results’.
Note.1 be read as “The above unaudited financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee at their meeting held on August 13, 2015, and approved and taken on record at the Board of Directors meeting held on August 14, 2015”.
Now the Company has submitted to BSE a Revised Copy of Financial Results for June 30, 2015. |
