| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravinay Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 20, 2013:
1. To seek approval of the Members for change in name of Company from RAVINAY TRADING COMPANY LTD to "NYSSA CORPORATION LIMITED as approved by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
2. To consider alteration in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.
3. To consider conducting Postal Ballot of the Company for the above matters pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 and to finalize the Notice of Postal Ballot for the same.
4. To consider appointment of Scrutinizer to oversee the Postal Ballot process of the Company. |
