"This is in connection with the circular no 17/2011 dated 21/04/2011 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs regarding to Green Initiatives in the Corporate governance by allowing service of Documents including Balance Sheets and Auditors report etc through e-mail addresses. As per the circular the company would be deemed to have complied with section 53 of the Companies Act, if the service of document has been made through electronic mode provided the company has obtained e-mail addresses of its members for sending the notice/documents through e-mail by giving an advance opportunity to every shareholders to register their e-mail address and changes therein from time to time with the company.
In this regard we would like to bring to your kind knowledge that, we have sent letters to all the shareholders, at the mailing details, as are available in the register of Members, through Post, requesting their support to this “Green Initiative”, by providing us with their electronic mailing address. However, a very few responses were received by the company in this regard. Hence the Annual Report of the company for the Financial Year 20 was served to the shareholders through Post." |
