Declaration in respect of Annual Report with unmodified opinion The audited Financial Results have been uploaded electronically in your stock exchange and also uploaded in the Company's website in terms of Regulation 46(2)(1). This shall also be published in the news paper in compliance to Regulation 47. A complete copy of Audited Annual Report shall be uploaded in the Company's website in compliance with Regulation 46(2)(1) and also forwarded to the Stock Exchange in terms of Regulation 34(1) |
