| Exchange Disseminated Time | Munoth Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended as on that date together with the Report of the Auditors and the Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mrs. Ranjani Padmanabhan as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Kumbhat & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
