| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/02/2017 13:29:16 | Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2017 has approved of the reorganization of the packet tea operations of the Company, subject to the finalization of a suitable modality for the same.
Further, the Board has authorized Mr. Amritanshu Khaitan, Managing Director of the Company, to examine and evaluate all relevant aspects and alternatives for the said reorganization, including the option of continuing with the packet tea operations through a wholly owned subsidiary.
