| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/12/2015 15:23:17 | PNC Infratech Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (the 'Regulation'), which became effective with effect from December 01, 2015, the Company has:
1. Adopted and approved the following policies:
a) Policy on Disclosure of Material Events / Information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
b) Policy for Preservation of Documents pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Listing Regulations.
2. Authorized the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, being, Mr. Chakresh Kumar Jain, Managing Director, Mr. Devendra Kumar Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Binaya Kumar Dash, Company Secretary of the Company, severally and jointly, for the purpose of determining the materiality of an event or information in accordance with the criteria as enumerated and make disclosures to the Stock Exchanges. |
