| Exchange Disseminated Time | Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. Unaudited financial results (provisional) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 alongwith statement of Assets and Liabilities (provisional) for the half year ended September 30, 2014, and
2. Unaudited consolidated financial results (provisional) of the Company and its subsidiaries for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 alongwith the statement of consolidated Assets and Liabilities (provisional) for the half year ended September 30, 2014.
3. Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 for the aforesaid standalone and consolidated financial results; and
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from October 10, 2014 to October 21, 2014 (Both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members shall not involve in any transaction for purchase and/ or sale of the equity shares of the Company during the period the Trading Window is closed. |
