| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 12, 2013, wherein it was intimated that the Company in principally approved the proposal for merging or acquiring in whole or part the companies i.e. SVIL Mines Ltd. and Surya Vinayak Wellness Ltd, Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has now informed BSE that in this regard the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on December 07, 2013, discussed in detail the proposal for merging and /or acquiring the said companies and after a detailed discussion it was decided that due to difference in valuation of the companies, the proposal for merging and/or acquiring the said companies is withdrawn. |
