The said Insolvency and Bankruptcy Application was filed by one of its unsecured creditors on February 17, 2017 against the Company before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai for recovery of an amount of around Rs.9.63 Crores which was disputed as per the Company. |
