In this connection, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons of the Company from October 31, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
