| Exchange Disseminated Time | Venus Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2013, inter alia, has :
1. Recommended a dividend @ of 30% i.e. Rs. 3/-per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2013, subject to approval of the same by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board of Directors also approved raising of funds by way of equity/convertible instruments in the Company/its Wholly Owned Subsidiary upto USD 30 million, on a preferential basis, subject to approval of the shareholders, statutory approvals, applicable laws, guidelines and regulations. |
