3. Re-appointment of Dr (Mrs) Vrinda A Chapekar as an Independent Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Ajay B Garg, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Mr. Dhananjay A Athavale as a Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
6. Reappointment of Mr. Ramlal R Wadhawan as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2010, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
7. Reappointment of Mr. Balkrishan P Wadhawan as Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2010, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
8. Reappointment of Mr. Narain P Belani as Whole Time Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2010, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
9. Reappointment of Mr. Deepak R Wadhawan as Executive Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from April 01, 2010, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
