- Re-appointment of Ms. Disha Devrukhkar as Whole Time Director:
The Board of Directors of the Company has decided that, subject to the approval of Members of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting, Ms. Disha Devrukhkar, be and is hereby re-appointed as Whole Time Director of the Company with same terms and conditions for further period of one year i.e. from December 28, 2014 to December 27, 2015. |
