(a) Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the 4th quarter/ year ended 31st March, 2017 along with the Audit Report by M/s N. C. Aggarwal, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors thereon.
(b) Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III Part A Para A of the Listing Regulations, subject to the approval of members, the Board recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- per equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017.
