| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Book Closure from March 22, 2013 to March 29, 2013 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of final dividend of 10% for the financial year end September 30, 2012 recommended by the Board at their meeting held on November 29, 2012 and 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company, Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd has now informed BSE that since the Shareholders at the AGM held on March 30, 2013 has rescinded the declaration of final dividend, the aforementioned book closure will be considered merely for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
