- Allotment of 36,04,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, at Rs.203.78/- per share (including premium of Rs.193.78/- per share) by way of preferential allotment to Foreign Institutional Investors (Deemed FPI) on cash basis for an aggregate consideration of Rs.73,44,23,120/- (Rupees Seventy Three Crores Forty Four Lakhs Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred and Twenty Only). |
