| Exchange Disseminated Time | Polychem Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for the purchase/sale of the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 11, 2016, for all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015.
The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the stock exchange of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015. Accordingly, all the Directors, KMPs and Designated Persons of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. |
