| Exchange Disseminated Time | Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26, 2011, have considered and approved the following business :
1. Increase of Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 58 Crores to Rs. 68 Crores divided into 68,000,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
2. Issue of 17,500,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 20/- per shares or at price determined in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, whichever is higher, to the promoters and non-promoter group on preferential basis. |
