Disqualification of Directors u/s 164 (2) of Companies Act, 2013
Board of Directors of our company at their meeting held on 27th October 2017 took on record the vacation of office by Ms Bharti C Pithawalla as Director in the company pursuant to disqualification suffered under Sec.164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, with immediate effect.
Accordingly Ms Bharti C Pithawalla has ceased to be a Director of the company from 27th Oct'17.
