| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sundaram Clayton Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2014, inter alia, has declared a third interim dividend of Rs.6.50 per share (130%) for the year ended March 31, 2014. The dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or after May 24, 2014.
The board earlier declared:
a) first interim dividend of Rs.9.00 per share (180%); and
b) second interim dividend of Rs.3.75 per share (75%)
for the year 2013-14 and the same were paid on November 09, 2013 and March 28, 2014, respectively.
The total dividend, including the third interim dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014, will aggregate to Rs. 19.25 per share (385%) on 2,02,32,085 equity shares of Rs.5/- each. The directors do not recommend any further dividend for the year 2013-14. |
