| Exchange Disseminated Time | Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that in connection with the Institutional Placement Programme of Equity Shares (the "IPP") of the Company to Qualified Institutional Buyers by way of an offer for sale by the President of India, the Promoter, acting through the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, the following information are furnished
a. the ‘Price Band’ for the above IPP has been fixed at Rs. 58/- to Rs. 60/- per share of Rs. 10/- each.
b. The IPP transaction will be completed in one tranche.
c. The IPP transaction will remain open for One Day only. i.e., August 02, 2013. |
