| Exchange Disseminated Time | HOV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company propose to apply to the Central Government for its approval under section 269 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the said Act, for Re-appointment of Mr. Pavinder S Chadha, Mr. Sunil Rajadhyaksha, and Mr. Surinder Rametra as Whole Time Directors of the Company and for payment of remuneration, for a further period of 5 years, w.e.f. April 01, 2011 pursuant to resolutions passed at meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 27, 2011 for their re-appointment. The Re-appointment is subject to the shareholders approvals in Annual General Meeting to be hold on August 03, 2011.
The Company has submitted to BSE a copy of public notice required to be published by the Company under Section 640B of the Companies Act, 1956.
