| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Cinevistaas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2012, inter alia, has considered and approved the change in name of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting from its existing name viz. "Cinevistaas Limited" to "Cinevista Limited" subject to approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting and such other Authorities as may be as prescribed in and pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1956. The said proposed name has been made available by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai vide their letter dated August 02, 2012. |
