| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that in order to meet the increase in demand for Seamless Tubes, the Company has decided to install One additional Annealing Furnace with a capacity of 2400 MT per annum.
The new Furnace is to be imported from Germany. The contract for the Furnace is under finalization and delivery is expected after nine months i.e. in or about August, 2006. The total Capital Cost of the Furnace with other accessories / balancing equipments / building cost, etc. would be about Rs 130 million to Rs 140 million and the entire cost would be met out of internal accruals.
The Furnace is expected to be commissioned from September / October 2006 onwards. |
