Board declare Interim Dividend/Special Dividend

AIA Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 8.00 (400%) per Equity Share and a Special (Additional Interim) Dividend of Rs. 10.00 (500%) per Equity Share to commemorate the Silver Jubilee Year of the Company; making the aggregate Interim dividend of Rs. 18.00 (900%) per Equity Share on 9,43,20,370 Equity Shares of Rs. 2.00 each for the Financial Year 2015-16.
