| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2008, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date, as also the Schedules and Notes appended thereto together with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Pathik C Shah, Mr. Vikram V Bhatt, & Mr. Prahlad S Patel as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. Mahendra Shah & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
