| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider, discuss and approve issue of equity shares / debentures / convertible -securities / warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company to one or more persons on preferential basis as per applicable SEBI regulations.
Further, the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations., 1992, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company has been closed with effect from October 01, 2014 and will remain closed up to October 09, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
