to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/Nine months ended December 31, 2017 or any other business with the permission of chair.
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 05th November, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Employees and Directors of the Company.
