| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/11/2016 13:48:42 | Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has raised Rs. 1300 crores (Rupees One Thousand and Three Hundred Crores only) today by allotment of 13,000 Rated, Listed, Secured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each on private placement basis.
The said NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of BSE Limited.
The Finance Committee meeting commenced at 1:00 p.m. and concluded at 1:30 p.m. |
