| Exchange Disseminated Time | MM Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2012, has taken the following decisions:
1. The Board appointed Shri. N Srinivasan, a Non Executive and Independent Director to be the Chairman of the Board.
2. The Board appointed Shri. N Srinivasan, a Non Executive and Independent Director as the Chairman for the Audit Committee.
3. The Board appointed Shri. Vidhyashankar Krishnan as a Vice Chairman, who is presently the Managing Director and Re-designated him as Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
